Corporate Mysticism
ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Corporate Mysticism

Incorrect shipments, mislabeled cookies and Frost Fairy infestations, it’s just another day at the office.
Arthur sludges through the monotony of his nine-to-five corporate job, serving at the whim of the stiffly shod Eric-The-Supervisor, maintaining polite elevator conversation with the mysterious sales rep, Blair (as one does, to ward off the soul crushing social silence), and managing his commute home through the ranks of weather creatures.
From the Dust Devil possessed South, to the Snow Siren enchanted North, Corporate Mysticism follows the thread of Account 101 through a world so inundated with the banality of modern corporate culture, that goblins, golems, hydras and drakes appearing from thin air, are regarded no differently than the weather.

About Willow
Willow J. Fields (he/him), comfortable in his adopted home of Washington State, maintains a humble writing and narration practice from his cramped, sound-treated closet. He continually strives to broaden his written material by incorporating distant subject matters, from grotesque literature, to Virtual Reality, to everyday, mundane errands. An emerging writer with an inclination towards the satirical, ridiculous and darkly-otherworldly, he has a 2022 novella with Atmosphere Press and has had short fictions appear in the In Parenthesis Magazine, The Buckman Journal and Coverstory Books. He can be found on social media under Willow’s Field, @Willows_Field.
